Purpose Statement
The Holy Day of Atonement (HDOA) is a moral, spiritual, and social initiative inspired by the Divine Work of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, arising from the spirit of unity, repentance, and reconciliation exemplified in the Million Man March on October 16, 1995.
HDOA serves as a platform to guide individuals and communities through a structured Eight-Step Process toward healing, restoration, and accountability — honoring divine principles while encouraging mutual respect and self-improvement for all who participate.
